- Terms and Definitions
For the purpose of this Agreement, the terms listed below are defined as follows:
А.А. INTERNATIONAL CHESS COMPANY Website Administration (hereinafter the “Administration”) – employees authorized to manage the А.А. INTERNATIONAL CHESS COMPANY Website.
Website User (hereinafter the “User”) – a person that has access to the Website via the Internet, and is using the Website. - General Provisions
This Privacy Policy applies to the А.А. INTERNATIONAL CHESS COMPANY Website, located at www.AAICC.com, and to all respective Websites associated with the А.А. INTERNATIONAL CHESS COMPANY Website.
By using the Website, the User agrees with the Privacy Policy and the changes made to the Privacy Policy.
The Website Administration reserves the right to change, add, or remove clauses of this Privacy Policy at any time, without notifying the User.
The Website Administration does not control and is not responsible for any third-party Websites that the User might visit via the links available on the Website. - Limitation of Liability
The User uses the Website’s Services at their own risk.
The Services are provided “as is.” The Administration does not assume any responsibility, including for the compliance of the Services with the User’s goals.
While using the Website’s Services, the User may access any relevant materials (including downloadable software, emails, instructions, manuals, etc.) and use them at their own risk, assuming sole responsibility for the possible consequences of using such materials.
The Administration is not responsible for any losses incurred by the User as a result of using the Website’s Services, or any individual parts or features of such services.
In order to use some of the Website’s Services, the User must complete the registration process, which will result in the creation of a unique User account.
In order to register, the User agrees to provide accurate and complete information about themself in response to what is required in the registration form, and they agree to keep this information up to date.
If the Administration has reason to believe that the information provided by the User is incomplete or inaccurate, it has the right to either block or delete the User’s account and prevent the User from using the Website’s Services (or their individual features).
The Administration reserves the right to request, at any time, that the User confirm the data entered during registration. If the data entered during registration cannot be used to identify the User, the Administration has the right to deny the User access to the Website’s Services.
When registering, the User chooses their own username and password for accessing their account. The Administration has the right to prohibit the use of certain usernames and to set requirements for usernames and passwords (such as length, characters allowed, etc.).
The User is solely responsible for choosing a secure password and for keeping it confidential.
The User is responsible for all actions (as well as their consequences) that they perform within or while using the Website’s Services when logged into their account, including any cases when the User voluntarily shares their data in order to grant access to their account to a third party (including as part of contracts or agreements).
All actions involving the Website’s Services that are performed while logged into the User’s account are considered to have been performed by the User themself, except for cases when the User has notified the Administration of unauthorized access to the services of the Website from their account.
The User is not entitled to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell parts of, or access to, the Website’s Services (including content available to the User through the services), or to use them for profit.
The User has the right to delete their account from all of the Website’s Services at any time. - Confidentiality
To ensure that the Website’s Services function properly and to improve the Website, the Website collects the User’s personal data.

The Website Administration retains the right to process and transfer non-personal data to third parties.
